Blenheim Palace is a monumental country house in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built between 1705 and 1722 to celebrate the Duke of Marlborough's victory at the Battle of Blenheim, it was designed by Sir John Vanbrugh in the English Baroque style. The palace is the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill and is set in over 2,000 acres of parkland landscaped by Capability Brown.
