There is no group, no schedule, and no meeting point. You walk at your own pace, in any order, and the guide is ready whenever you are. You can also ask it things, which a recorded tour cannot do: the built-in AI guide discusses any place with you. A whole city of stories costs less than a single group tour ticket.

Narrations are read by a warm, lifelike AI voice. Every script is researched and fact-checked by the Gingerguide team, then narrated with high-quality AI text-to-speech in each supported language.

Most stops run two to three minutes: long enough for a real story, short enough to keep you moving. Cities also have a spoken overview that sets the scene in a few minutes.

Yes, and this is the heart of the app. Every place has an "Ask your AI guide" button. If the story leaves you wondering about a date, a legend, or a detail you can see in front of you, ask in plain words and the AI guide answers in seconds, in your language. You can keep the conversation going as long as you like.

Yes. Premium users can download a full city: audio narration, photos, and offline map tiles. After the download, everything works without an internet connection, including the map.

With the radar feature on and your permission, the app can alert you when you approach an attraction, even when your phone is in your pocket. Location processing for this stays on your device.

The app is free to download. Every city gives you a free preview: all attractions are visible on the map at no cost. An optional premium subscription unlocks the full stories, audio narration, and offline downloads for every city in the catalog.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google account and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Open the app settings and choose the redemption code option. A valid code unlocks complimentary premium access for the stated period.

Very little. There is no account, and the app does not ask for your name or email. It collects anonymous usage and crash analytics plus subscription status. Your precise location never leaves your device. Details are in the privacy policy.
